IMPORT MAILING LIST / SEND EMAIL
Click “Attendees.”
Log in to your Frontline account and select “Attendees” in the
Main Menu.
Draft message under “Email.”
- Event — Select the “Event” that
you are promoting.
- Choose File — Upload a CSV
ONLY file for your mailing list contacts. You can send 300 emails per blast, 3 times per
event (900 emails in total). Note: the
capability to upload a CSV file becomes available after the sale of your FIRST
10 tickets per event.
- Subject — Add an attractive
subject line to your email; using no more than 9 words and 60 characters
is best practice.
- Body — Add and edit appropriate
text (up to 500 characters) and/or images to the body of message.
Click “Send.
