Red Flag Policy

Our Red Flag Program:
This feature has been implemented because we believe we have an extremely fair refund policy that allows a buyer to easily submit a refund request.
How It Works:
This feature flags a buyer who has submitted a chargeback to an event. The buyer’s name, email, phone number, and billing address will be flagged on our platform.
The buyer’s name and email address will be displayed across the organizer’s platform, to keep organizers updated with the daily red flag activities.
Once a buyer is flagged a second time, their account will be blocked from purchasing any tickets on Frontline Ticketing.
At the fraud team discretion a decision could be made to block a buyer after their first chargeback submission.
