SUBMIT REFUND REQUEST

Click “Refund Request.”

Log in to your Frontline account and select “Refund Request” in the Main Menu.

 

Click “Make a Refund Request” and enter details.

  • Phone — Enter your phone number.
  • Purchase ID — Input the “Purchase ID” for the ticket to be refunded. You can find the specific ticket “Purchase ID” under “My Tickets.”  
  • Reason — Select a reason for the refund request from the options in the dropdown list.
  • Explain — Enter a brief explanation for your request.  

 

Click “Send Request.”
