Log in to your Frontline account and select “Attendees” in the Main Menu.
Search for Attendee under “Attendees.”
- Action — Under “Action” for the specific attendee, click “Reissue Ticket.”
Confirmation Message — A confirmation message “Reissued Successfully” will pop up once the process is complete. The reissued ticket will have the SAME barcode as the original ticket the attendee received. The link emailed to the attendee is valid for 24 hours. Once expired, the process will have to be completed again.
