CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY:

•Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund minus the initial deposit.

•Cancellations received within 60 days of the arrival date will result in a 100% forfeiture of payment.

•No-shows will also forfeit entire payment
