WOTLESS WORKOUT is not a licensed medical care provider and represents that it has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition.

You should understand that when participating in any exercise or dance program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in these dance classes you agree that you do so at your own risk and are voluntarily participating in these activities. You assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge WOTLESS WORKOUT from any and all claims or causes of action known or unknown arising out of WOTLESS WORKOUT negligence.

COVID-19

Here at WOTLESS WORKOUT, safety of ALL our participants is our number one priority. We will be sure to follow all CDC guidelines for this event to help prevent the spread of Covid- 19. Temperatures will be checked. Social distancing will be enforced and masks will be required.

While attending WOTLESS FIT FESTIVAL BOSTON, it is understood that the risk to contracting a communicable disease or illness is serious and dangerous. Ticket PURCHASER and HOLDER voluntarily assumes all risk, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness. Including exposure to COVID-19 whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and hereby waives all claims and potential claims against WOTLESS WORKOUT.

If you were exposed to Covid-19, contracted Covid-19, and/or are not feeling well days prior to the event PLEASE do not attend this event. If any ticket holder is unable to attend due to positive Covid-19 results or symptoms related to Covid-19 will receive a full refund for their purchased ticket.
